I founded the Own Your Story Initiative to encourage young people to recognize that their experiences, ideas, and voices matter. The initiative creates interactive experiences where participants can explore confidence, goal setting, storytelling, and self-expression.
Through activities and community events, I encourage young people not only to tell their stories, but also to believe in themselves and understand how their voices can positively influence others.
Creating Own Your Story has taught me that leadership is more than being the person in front of the room. It is about creating opportunities for other people to be heard, helping them recognize their potential, and using my own experiences to encourage someone else.
