SkillsUSA is a nationally recognized career and technical student organization that empowers students to become world-class workers, leaders, and responsible citizens. The organization helps students develop leadership, workplace, and technical skills while preparing them for success in college, careers, and their communities.

As a SkillsUSA Reporter, I have had the opportunity to strengthen my communication and leadership abilities by sharing stories, promoting student achievements, and helping communicate the mission and activities of the organization. This role has allowed me to grow as a public speaker, storyteller, and student leader while learning the importance of effective communication and teamwork.

Through SkillsUSA, I continue to develop the confidence and professional skills needed to make a positive impact both in and outside of the classroom.
